My focus is creativity and design, and I'm a dab hand at marketing automation implementation too - I love getting under the hood of marketing campaigns. I support clients with their design strategy and try to add a little pizazz to whatever I lay my hands on, whether that's formatting lead magnets, emails, blog posts or designing email imagery. I like getting into the specifics of what looks, feels and sounds good in email marketing. My 'Compelling Email Examples' blog series is where I deconstruct emails from big brands. The blog series is full of tangible examples (screenshots galore!) to inspire other email marketers to follow in great footsteps, or sometimes to really see how brands are missing the mark.
