I’m Kenda Macdonald, founder of Automation Ninjas and all round behavioural automation nerd. I am insanely excited you're here! 

My mission is to make this one of the most powerful and impactful compendiums of automation, behaviour and business know how. 

The likes of which have never been seen before!

Nothing like starting off with big goal 🙂

With the powers that a blog gives, I am aiming to do some very specific things for you.

The blog is primarily here to impart knowledge to you. And knowledge is power.

Oh yeah. Power.

In doing all this I hope that the information you gain will be used to make your own business and automation a phenomenal success.

I plan to challenge some of the concepts that you may currently hold as gospel. I plan to muse and provoke thought and incite action.

The Automation Ninjas quest is to be a force for positive change in the world, by enhancing one small business at a time. Let me help you be that business through this blog.

And of course our value proposition is to help your small business achieve success through understanding behaviour and strategy for ethical and profitable marketing automation.

A ninja blog has been long overdue, over the last 6 years I have been building expertise, an amazing team of awesome ninjas, transforming businesses and generally having a smashing time making automation wizardry happen in a space I really love.

In all this time I have been collating, collecting (and hoarding possibly) a huge amount of data, tips, tricks, hacks, strategies and all the other cool things that make businesses succeed and flourish. Things that only come with a wealth of experience and experimentation.

To that end - I am finally cataloguing this horde of experience, and distilling it into this here blog so that you may partake of it as you see fit!

So this blog is for you if you:

  • Want to succeed
  • Have entrepreneurial spirit
  • Want to be a force for positive change in your marketplace
  • Don’t just want to sell products, but want raving fans whose lives you impact in a meaningful way
  • Aren’t afraid of hard work
  • Not afraid to be challenged and try new things
  • Have a thirst for knowledge, improvement and learning
  • Are ambitious, passionate and have a strong desire to make things happen
  • Like a good laugh and don’t take yourself too seriously

If you don’t identify with that list, you’re not going to enjoy being here! There are plenty of other blogs out there that will suit your appetites (not as cool as this one, but still).

In the nicest possible way, feel free to leave! No one is holding you here...

This blog is all things automation, behaviour, strategy and know how - with a dash of humour and candour added in (because we have to have fun at the same time!)

This is a compendium of impactful automation and business know how.

So if you really want to succeed, grow, get ahead and push your business to places you felt were unreachable before... Stick around. It’s going to be awesome.

We won’t do boring, and we won’t do standard. Not ever. That’s not what we’re about. And we don’t do tech mumbo jumbo - there will be a mix of basic and advanced topics. So you’ll be able to dip in and dip out as you please.

Occasionally I will even drop in freebies, and offers I may think relevant to the topic. But we will never ever push things for the sake of pushing it. I want to build a relationship with you, because I like you - so I won’t ruin our trust like that!

You can expect to see some guest posts every now and then from other awesome ninja businesses - people around the globe who are exceptional at what they do. If you want to write a post too, please do! By all means get in contact and we can see about getting you lined up.

We really love to hear from you so please don’t be afraid to comment on posts, share, like, you name it. There is nothing like a bit of engagement and encouragement from you to put a spring in my step 🙂

You may even disagree with me sometimes, opinions differ - that’s cool too! Let me know what you think and why. I love hearing the other side of the argument. But PLEASE! Be respectful. I will delete rude comments, derogatory behaviour, spam and trolls. I don’t stand for trolling. So be nice, play nice, and we’ll all be awesome together.

I read every reply. Every single one. But sometimes it can take me a little while, so hang in there if it takes me a little bit to respond to you.
