Marketing automation can impact small businesses in the same way Microsoft's Windows and Office did in the 80s and 90s.
Windows and Office were major game changers because it meant that - almost overnight - small businesses could become more professional. They could produce reports, letters, spreadsheets, presentations and more as just like big players in their industries. It allowed them to do business better.
The same can be said for Infusionsoft and platforms like it. Sophisticated email marketing campaigns are no longer the domain of the companies with the deepest pockets.
That's pretty massive. Actually it's epic.
I can't think of a single business I've come across that an automation solution like Infusionsoft wouldn't help. It may not be right for them at that particularly point in time but that's not because it wouldn't work.
It's more to do with the amount of organisation, prep, planning and data management that needs to happen first. Without all those things in place your automation will struggle to get off the ground. If it does it'll struggle to convert the way it should. Which would suck out loud.
